SHIPPING POLICY

Every HEIGHTN order ships free — no minimum, no conditions.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order value required. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order Cut-off Time Orders placed by 2:00 PM (London time) are processed within up to 2 days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed within up to 3 days.

Processing Times Orders placed Monday to Thursday are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–4 business days (this includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During high-demand periods (sales, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated.

Delivery Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (free): 4–7 days
  • Express Shipping: 3–6 days

Shipments go out Monday to Friday. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout or you're having trouble placing an order, contact us at support@heightnshoes.com and we'll do our best to help.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your shipment at any time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@heightnshoes.com.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by HEIGHTN. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any applicable charges before placing an order.
